PPHU “Maria”, initially “Zakład Artykułów Dekoracyjnych” is a family company founded on January 16, 1989 by Teresa Sienkiewicz and
Włodzimierz Sienkiewicz.
On the wave of political changes, the Sienkiewicz family decided to abandon the learned professions (in the case of Teresa it is the profession of a teacher, in the case of Włodzimierz an engineering engineer’s profession) and started the construction of his own company.
From the beginning, the company was involved in the production of religious figures. In the first period, they explored the secrets of production, personally making figures, and as the range expanded and sales increased.
In 1994, a new production plant with an area of approx. 700 m2, located on the area of 1.21 ha. The production assortment includes religious statues, stations of the Way of the Cross, stations of the Rosary Mysteries, statues for Christmas cribs, as well as custom made products. We develop new designs in cooperation with sculptors. We sell in the country in a chain of over 120 stores with religious articles and we accept individual orders.
Our products contribute to the deepening of religious experiences by visitors to churches, chapels and shrines in Poland, Austria, Belgium, Belarus, the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea. This proves the high quality of our products. We are constantly expanding our offer.
